College of Architecture to host job fair

The College of Architecture and Environmental Design is holding its biannual job fair from 3 to 5 p.m. today on the second floor of the Student Center.
This event is intended for interior design and architecture students, though other students and faculty are welcome.
Professionals from firms in Columbus, Akron, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh will be attending to present projects and answer students' questions. Students will be able to submit their résumés to the attending firms.

It was quite a success, we had about 180 students show up all together, every firm that attended had a wonderful time interacting with students, cllecting resumes and scoping out what Kent had to offer and they'd all be very happy to return for another similar event in the fall. (Continued…)
