Six students ate lunch in President Lester Lefton's office yesterday afternoon, talking about everything from the structure of the university to how he keeps his desk so clean. Here's what two of the students had to say:
Amanda Meeker, senior printing/printmaking major
"He (Lefton) was surprisingly accessible," Meeker said. "... But it can be intimidating (going in there) because it does say executive offices."
Cameron Lyden, junior printing/printmaking major
"It was just good to see face-to-face who runs the university," he said.
Lyden said there was a diverse number of students at the lunch from groups he normally doesn't talk to.
