Recipe of the week: Peanut butter pie

1 chocolate graham cracker pie crust
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) block softened cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) tub of whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine peanut butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar in large mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
2. Add 3/4 of the whipped topping, reserving the rest for top.
3. Stir in chocolate chips, reserving about a palm full for top.
4. Put the filling into the pie crust and top with remaining whipped topping.
5. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
6. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
7. Allow pie to thaw for about 15 minutes before serving.
