Prentice Café will serve New England clam chowder, shrimp cocktails, six-ounce tuna steak and rice pilaf, large fried shrimp and fries, fried clams and beer batter cod.

The special menu is part of Dining Services' "Under The Sea" theme, being served from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. tonight.

Zane Powell, assistant director of marketing of Dining Services, said the event will have a seafood, Caribbean, somewhat Jamaican kind of feel.

"Think of 'The Little Mermaid,'" Powell said.

Autumn Pillar, market manager of Dining Services, will be celebrating the event dressed as a mermaid. The University of Akron Steel Drum Band will provide the evening's entertainment.
