Help celebrate International Women's Day this week with "Cultural Dialogues: The Day in the Life of a Woman" at noon today in Room 200 in White Hall.

Four visiting scholars from Bangladesh, Indonesia, Brazil and the Philippines will discuss what a woman's life is like in their country.

Linda Robertson, director of the Center for International and Intercultural Education, said the event will be a good way to honor International Women's Day, which is March 8. She said food and refreshments will also be provided.

"I think it's a way to start to understand the perspective of others, whether it's domestic diversity or international understanding, it could benefit either," she said.
