Kent Interhall Council will host "Hate in a Box" at 10 p.m. in the Kiva.

The second annual program is a discussion about taboo topics and the opinions people have on topics that are not heard regularly.

A panel of six people will discuss a variety of issues from abortion to homophobia.

Avery Danage, president of KIC, said the program's purpose is to open students up to diversity and to issues that need to be discussed.

"The program is put on to promote knowledge about subjects people don't normally talk about," Danage said. "These are discussions you would not have in an everyday conversation, but it is important to talk about them."
