Equestrian team to hold meeting tonight

The Kent State equestrian team will hold its first meeting of the semester at 8:30 p.m. tonight in Pete's Arena in the lower level of the Student Center.
The informational meeting will provide a time for interested students to ask questions and receive information about the riding team, which has been active for more than 20 years.
Rachel Trent, one of the team's managers, said the meeting will not require a commitment from students, but the team will need to know by Sept. 3 if students are planning to join the team.
"We will go over our policies," Trent, a senior deaf education major, said. "The only thing we ask you bring with you is your schedule."
