Speaker to discuss water war

Tom Lewis, co-author of Cochabamba! Water War in Bolivia, will speak at 8 p.m. in Room 318 of the Student Center.
Jackie Bleak, member of the International Socialist Organization, said that in his speech, "Latin America: The Fight Against Neoliberalism," Lewis will discuss the water war in Bolivia, which occured between 2000 and 2001.
Bleak said the event, sponsored by ISO, is free and open to the public.
