The Health Improvement Program, or H.I.P., gives students with physical disabilities a chance to learn how to improve their health and quality of life.

The program, along with others from the Student Wellness and Recreation Center, will hold a free meet and greet with staff and instructors from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. tomorrow in Seminar Room A in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, according to a press release.

H.I.P. will cover various health-related topics, such as stress management and at-home fitness, throughout the semester, according to the release.

The program will run from Feb. 27 until April 3, except during spring break.

Interested students should bring their doctor's name and phone number for medical release forms to the meet and greet.
