Club to show Lord of the Rings trilogy, raffle memorabilia

Have a spare 12 hours tomorrow? The Renaissance Club is showing all three parts of Lord of The Rings beginning at 1:20 p.m. in the Kiva.
Stephanie Welch, junior classics major and Renaissance Club member, said there will be raffles with copies of the books, movies and action figures throughout the day.
There will also be short intermissions between the films.
The event is free to all students.
The Renaissance Club hopes to eventually bring a Renaissance Fair to campus, Welch said. Meetings are 6:30 p.m. Wednesday nights in the Student Center.
