Nick Gooden, junior strong safety; Adam House, sophomore free safety; James Cravens, redshirt freshman tailback and another player with the alias "AJ" are under investigation for assaulting the students at a house on Alameda Avenue, reports say.

Issue 3, which was proposed through an initiative petition in March of this year, was passed by Ohio voters by a 53 to 47 percent margin on Nov. 3. The issue, which garnered roughly 1.7 million votes in its favor, will amend the Ohio constitution to authorize a single casino to be built within each of four Ohio cities: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo.
